Film Festival Sustainability Workshop<\/b><\/p>\n

The Network of Festivals in the Adriatic Region is organising a workshop on the sustainable business management of film festivals in cooperation with ZFF, events agency Eventful, CE \u2013 MEDIA Desk Croatia and Eurimages. The workshop is intended for representatives of film festivals from Croatia and the region, and its intention is to expand and enhance successful sustainable practices with the aim of reducing the negative impact on the environment. During the two-day program, participants will learn how environmental, social and economic features can be integrated into various aspects of festival organisation, including venue selection, waste reduction, and fostering sustainability awareness among participants and guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Head of Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Croatia, <\/span>Martina Petrovi\u0107<\/b>, will present the criteria and recommendations of Creative Europe related to sustainable practices in the context of supporting film festivals, producer <\/span>Morana Iki\u0107 Komljenovi\u0107<\/b> will introduce the participants to Eurimages guidelines for sustainability, while <\/span>Maja Domijan<\/b> from the agency Eventful will present advice and practical experiences in organising sustainable events. Maja Domijan is the owner of the agency Eventful, specializing in sustainable events. With a Master\u2019s degree in sustainable event management and over 10 years of experience, she prmotes events that reduce the environmental impact and promote positive change. In addition to events planning, she provides training and consulting to organisations that want to implement sustainable practices, with a focus on long-term benefits for the community and the environment, creating positive change and a lasting contribution to society.<\/span><\/p>\n"},{"number":"","title":"Martina Petrovi\u0107","description":"

Martina has a major in International Relations and a minor in Psychology. She has gained most of her working experience at the Department for International Cultural Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture in Croatia. She was later actively involved in establishing the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, where she was appointed the Head of MEDIA Desk Croatia. For her success and positive results, she received the first Albert Kapovi\u0107 Award.
